Tachiai

Tachiai is named for the initial charge — both wrestlers rise together. It is a desk for people who already follow every honbasho in English and still want the ranking sheet to make sense.

English-speaking fans already have great places to go. Sumostats, Sumo Reference, GTB Helper, and Kachi Clash inspired Tachiai, and we are grateful they exist.

During a basho the desk is today’s card: pin names, read bouts in your timezone, see who can still take the cup, and turn on spoiler mode if you are catching up. Between tournaments the live tool is Guess the Banzuke — last basho’s results on the left, your next sheet on the right.
